1. What type of window cleaning services do you provide?

We clean all types of windows and glass in the home or office. We also do gutter cleaning, patio cleaning and conservatory cleaning in Canterbury Kent CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4.

2. What are your working hours?

Our window cleaning technicians work seven days a week and provide flexible window cleaning services when you need them. On weekdays we normally start our day at 8am and usually book the last appointments starting between 5 and 6pm. Our starting time on weekends is 9am and we work Saturdays or Sundays at no extra cost. Advance booking is the best way to ensure that we can arrive at the time and day that works for you.

3. Are your workers insured and vetted?

Yes. Our window cleaners are fully insured and vetted. We do a full background check on all our employees and generally hire people who have been recommended to us by our workers.

4. Can I specify the day for window cleaning?

Yes, we work weekends and our goal is to provide the most flexible service around. It’s a good idea to book at least one day in advance, however, to make sure we can be there when you need us.

No, we do not charge a cancellation fee. We aim to be flexible with our customers and their needs. However, we do ask for a 24 hour notice, if possible, concerning any changes or cancellations, so that we can adjust accordingly.
